Description:
SVG images inserted via Menu are saved as images.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new Calc.
2. Insert SVG Image by Menu bar.
Menu - Insert > Image...
Please make sure that "□ Link" at the bottom left of the dialog is canceled.
Sample example SVG: 24x24 blue square

3. Use the mouse to zoom in for better visibility.
Even when zoomed in, you should see clean squares displayed.
4. Save this file, then open it.
Actual Results:
5. The square image appears blurry.
Expected Results:
5. Since this was originally an SVG image, it shouldn't be blurry.

User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
This issue does not occur under the following conditions:
* When inserting SVG image files via drag-and-drop.
* When initially inserting an image with a link and then later removing the
link.
* When you run "Edit with External Tool" and save the SVG text
This defect is visible on Windows-OS and Linux-OS.
