"current time" isn't an appropriate term in TIME function description.
For general users, "current time" isn't an appropriate description for TIME
function.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open TIME Function Help page.

Actual Results:
2. "TIME returns the current time value from values for hours."
Expected Results:
2. This may be a correct expression for developers, but for general users, "the
Current time" is synonymous with "Now".
