Heiko Tietze <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC|libreoffice-ux-advise@lists | |.freedesktop.org | Resolution|--- |DUPLICATE Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED Keywords|needsUXEval | --- Comment #1 from Heiko Tietze <[email protected]> --- The H-n PS are special in the way that they have defined an outline level that makes these paragraph appear in the ToC. These PS also have a special list style Heading Numbering, which unfortunately cannot be modified. IIRC it was implemented this way as users struggle to understand the connection between PS and LS (similarly to lists on-the-fly via toolbar buttons). The topic has been raised a couple of times with wisdom here Bug 104206 - Allow Paragraph Styles to bind to List Styles' levels, like with Outline Numbering generic questions/concerns here Bug 83071 - UI: User interface for outline numbering is confusing with possibilities offered both at Format>Paragraph ... Outline numbering and at Tools>Outline numbering and a duplicate there Bug 83369 - UI: Add icon to Styles (F11) window that will open 'Heading Numbering" dialog box (the fact that here an icon is requested and you talk about a context menu are implementation details that must not be part of the bug report) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 83369 *** -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
