Last touched by quikee: https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/74810 size and amplitude is pretty obvious looking at waveline.hxx, not clear if the stroke "weight" for the line can be increased--which I think other than a color change is the rendering change this would need for more punch. Also, a simple underline like OnlyOffice would not suffice.
