"*_Traditionally_*" (not in software), the second month, "Adar B" ("Adar II")
is considered the equivalent to the "non-leap" Adar while the first month,
"Adar A" ("Adar I") is considered the "extra" month on leap years.

However, most software tools, including spreadsheets tools, refer to "Adar A"
as simply "Adar" while adding the extra letter "B" to the second month.

Changing the nomenclature in LO to be different than what is already in common
use in other software tools could cause additional confusion, and even
interoperability incompatibilities.

I would suggest testing the behavior in other software tools before thinking of
any change in LO regarding this issue.
