--- Comment #1 from V Stuart Foote <[email protected]> ---
Simply not feasible. UI Element colors are taken from os/DE color themes and
mapped down onto the Visual Class Library (VCL) widget toolset as overlain with
gtk3/qt6 or osx plugin mappings.

And on the Windows build UI there is a weak ability to follow os/DE color
sense, and to pass via GetSysColor into the win/sal for mapping onto the VCL.

But through out the VCL there is no granular control over elements as
implemented in VCL, and the colors are broadly mapped into StyleSettings
classes, along with other attributes, i.e. AllSettings.

With an Application::GetSettings().GetStyleSettings() applicable to each VCL
control being colored the actual elements available are the broad classes of
elements listed on the Customizations.

There is just no way to individually isolate and style (or size, emphasize)
individual controls within the current VCL framework, and it is not worth doing
so. Movement on WebGL, was done with VCL recast as WASM, so no additional
granularity that direction either, as Collabora Productivity has taken it.
