Summary: PDF/UA: Impress table with merged cells is tagged
without ColSpan/RowSpan, and covered cells become

Impress table with a merged cell (spans two columns)

An Impress (or Draw) table with merged cells is exported to tagged PDF without
ColSpan/RowSpan, and every cell covered by the merge gets its own empty TD.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached table-span.fodp. It has a 3x3 table with a header row. In
row 2 the cell "10 (spans Q1 and Q2)" is merged over two columns.
2. File > Export as PDF, with "Universal Accessibility (PDF/UA)" checked.
3. Look at the structure tree of the PDF (Tags panel in Acrobat, PAC, or qpdf
--json).

Actual: row 2 has three TD: "North", "10 (spans Q1 and Q2)" without ColSpan,
and one more empty TD for the covered cell.

Expected: row 2 has two cells. The merged one has ColSpan 2 (RowSpan for a
vertical merge), and there is no element for the covered cell. ISO 32000-1
14.8.5.7 has the ColSpan and RowSpan attributes for this.

veraPDF does not report it, because with the empty TD every row still has the
same number of cells. But the PDF does not say which columns the merged cell
belongs to, and a screen reader announces an empty cell that is not in the
visible table.

A table imported from PPTX (a:tc gridSpan) gives the same result.

In svx/source/table/viewcontactoftableobj.cxx every grid cell gets a
StructureTagPrimitive2D and the spans are not passed to it. For a covered cell
only the content is skipped, the tag is still created.

The attached table-span-master.pdf is the output of current master.

Reproduced on 26.8.0.3 and on master:

Version: 27.2.0.0.alpha0+ (AARCH64)
Build ID: 1acf2756db642e214921f35b7ab2c69980c195bc
CPU threads: 14; OS: macOS 26.6.1; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: osx
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded
