--- Comment #3 from BogdanB <[email protected]> ---
dbaker, each major version of LibreOffice (like 26.2) has a lot of minor
versions (.0, .1, so on).

For example, 26.2.0 is the first version after 26.2alpha, 26.2beta.

Then we had 26.2.1, 26.2.2, 26.2.3, 26.2.4, 26.2.5, 26.2.6, and this week we
will have 26.2.7 released. But you still use a version released 9 months ago,
instead of a version like 26.2.6 who has at least 200 bugs solved meanwhile.

So, that explains a lot of crash you are seeing. Any major version is seeing a
lot of development, but a lot of bugs can not be seen at that moment, but are
fixed step by step. Minor versions are not seeing major develpment, so all they
see in minor versions are bug fixing, but not new things, so all the major
versions are big changes, minor versions are bug improvments.

I recommend to you this:
- install 26.2.7.1 available on the official website
- reset the user profile: the easiest way is with LibreOffice open, go to the
menu Help - Restart in Safe Mode - choose the 2 options from Factory Settings
and press Apply and restart.

You should have the best version of LibreOffice you ever tested. And less
crashes. Waiting for feedback from you after this 2 steps.
