As Regina noted, the 'Extended Selection On' (.uno:SetExtSelection) from Status Bar (or <Alt>+F8) in combination with the 'Go To Page' movements (.uno:GotoPage) from Status Bar (or <Ctrl>+G) already provide this advanced usage tool. Takes a little practice to get the sequence correct, but is efficient, while the existing UNO makes it suitable for user macro or extension should someone be so inclined.
