Workflow: 1. In status bar set selection mode to "Extending selection" 2. Ctrl+G. Enter start page number 3. Click where selection has to start 4. Ctrl+G. Enter end page number 5. Click where selection has to end 6. Now the text is selected and you can copy it. 7. In status bar set selection mode back to "Standard selection". This removes the "selected" state.
