True, this now acts like the other styles. I didn't think of it that way. It is a change from the past, and not a consistent change since Calc's newly introduced table styles work 'the old way' of saving into the user profile. But OK - I agree then that this is NOTABUG for Writer. Since I believe that Calc's table styles are still being actively worked on, I'll just ignore the current inconsistency.
