The combo boxes for e.g. "Ranges and Copies / Collation and Paper Sides / Include" and "Page Layout / Orientation" work, but the ones for the printer to use, "Ranges and Copies / Collation and Paper Sides / Ranges and Copies / Collation and Paper Sides /Paper sides", or "Page Layout / Paper size" don't report their value.
