About Issue 1: It is not solved. Attempting to click in the text field results in on action. The input field is closed to entry until the radio button is clicked fist. About issue 2: Yes, I expect the numbers to disappear. They should only serve a a hint to show the purpose of the field, and as a hint they should be (and they are) in greyed-out text.
