Source Word 2007 file to work on

Problem description: I have a Office Word document, when I open it in
LibreOffice I get a new Header3.xml and Footer3.xml in the DOCX and also a new
style with the same name of another one existing

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the ModelloRegolamento.docx
2. add a space at the end of the first document line
3. Save the file in docx format

Current behavior: Add one footer3.xml and one header3.xml and one new style

Expected behavior: No differences between source and saved file

Operating System: Windows 8
Version: 4.1.0.4 release
