ZIP file containing the text file I attempted to open, and the screenshot of
the error message.
Problem description:
I ripped a subtitle using SubTitleEdit.
I wanted to use Writer for spell-checking.
Writer cannot even open the file.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Writer
2. Click the open button
3. Select the attached file
4. Observe error
Current behavior:
Opening the file completely fails
Expected behavior:
Open text file normally.
Maybe ask for encoding if Writer is clueless.
