Severity: normal
Classification: Unclassified
OS: Windows (All)
Reporter: [email protected]
Hardware: Other
Whiteboard: BSA
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Version: 4.0.4.2 release
Component: Writer
Product: LibreOffice
Problem description:
While grabbing a graphic with the mouse to move and drop it at another position
nothing happens on first try. The second attempt is always successful.
Steps to reproduce:
I am using the german menue, so I have to guess how the english menuen reads -
sorry.
1. Insert a graphic using "Insert/Picture/From file..."
2. Mark it with a mouse leftclick
3. Leftclick the graphic again (keep mousebutton pressed) and move it to
another position
4. Release mousebutton to drop the graphic at its new position
Remark: If the mousebutton kept pressed on first click (without initial marking
of the graphic), and the graphic is beeing moved and dropped it works fine.
Current behavior:
Graphics cannot be moved to a new position on first attempt if marked before.
Expected behavior:
Drag and drop of marked Graphics should work on first try.
Operating System: Windows 8
