Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. ....Create a table
2. ....choose a cell
3. ....try to change the border type and style of one side of the cell
Current behavior: the whole cell is formattet
Expected behavior: formatting of only one side of the cell.
BTW: You don't know which behavior you've chosen, because there is no check,
no higlighting or so.
