Tor, of course it is a valid resolution. But I believe it applies to some absurd request (like "Make function SUM calculate an AVERAGE") and the developer replies WONTFIX meaning "We won't fix that" In this case RESOLVED as WONTFIX means no one else will even try because it is RESOLVED.
