          Hardware: x86 (IA32)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED

right and wrong start-up icons

When open a ODF file (ODT,ODS,ODB), the start-up icon shown on my ubuntu unity
panel is not correct.

Steps to re-produce:
1. Create a new document with Writer, you will see the correct libreoffice
writer icon;
2. Save the document as *.odt and re-open again, you will see the wrong
libreoffice icon.

See my attachments for details. Please note: this also happen for ods and odb
files (all ODF formats) but not happen for docx,doc,xls... formats.

This did not happen in 3.* and 4.0 versions, so I mark this as a regression.
