Simply launching Expert Configuration on recent TB builds of Master will lock
up LibreOffice Dev builds on Windows platforms. System CPU use rises to 50-60%
and will not clear.
Frame "Options - LibreOfficeDev - User Data" opens but shortly receives a (Not
responding) tag.
Have to kill the process to be able to exit.
