I am not a Windows expert and didn't work on Windows on this project. So lacking a little of knowledge here. Is there any difference of installations. But I can say a few words about what is the situation you have here. During the page load we have a slow part of code which prints the output to the listbox you see. This takes about 6 seconds on debug build on Linux. I think the this part cause the lock up on your computer. I will try to reproduce that on my old machine too. Any information would appreciated.
