--- Comment #3 from Cor Nouws <[email protected]> ---
Hi

Your first comment really made me think what I wrote. Maybe I was confused by
the surrounding text you wrote and the fact that I'm not native English.
When I read comments that write uncertainty about the available functions, in
an area that IMHO is powerfull and robust, and a request that doesn't give a
crisp clear idea of what is suggested, I react as I did. Sorry for that :)

So it it that you just simply mean:
- select text (random?)
- click Apply page style
and that then automatic
 - section break is inserted above and below
 - choosen style is applied ?

What should that do with the current behaviour, that choosing to use a page
style takes effect from the hard break with page style set, closest to the
current position?
Shouldn't that ask for a menu Format > Choose page style
where options are offered, among others depending on wheter there is a
selection or not ?

I do not pretend to say that there are no ways for improvement.
So maybe you can try to be as brief as possible, still comprehensive and and
clear in the idea?
(Side note: also, would be lovely if you can have a look at existing issues for
applying/page styles - maybe there is a good match around some of those too? )

regards,
Cor
