Say: suppose row 1 is frozen, and I have scrolled the bottom rows, so that row 1 is visible but row 2 is not. If I click on A1 and (after editing or not) I press ENTER, Calc wants set current position to A2 (and to show this cell), and then it scrolls up the bottom rows to make it visible.
