Ah, ok, in that case it is not a bug because the key configuration for Enter is
to move to the cell below. If you don't want that you can change the key
behavior. In the menu Tools > Options > LibreOffice Calc > General under "Input
Settings" you have to change the two first checkboxes.
In my configuration I uncheck the first and check the second. I you want you
can check both and modify the choice in the dropdown list.
