same scaled image inside LO and GIMP
In all components (usually in Writer and Impress) raster image scaling gives
bad results (see screenshot), especially if image has thin lines or other fine
elements. MS Office using more smart algorithm for scaling, as well as GIMP
that is used for comparison.
