Problem description:
One can click the 'Edit' button, but can't change anything. Also editing an
empty entry is pointless
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Insert > Indexes and Tables > Bibliography Entry
2. Click 'From document content'
3. Click 'Edit'
Current behavior:
You can click 'Edit' but not save anything
Expected behavior:
The 'Edit' button should be greyed out
