Summary: FORMATTING: Enhancement: Additional Style Elements in
Impress for graphical objects

Product: LibreOffice
Problem description
Currently in Impress there are 2 style categories available:
- Graphical Styles
- Presentation Styles
I use and like the styles functionality in LibO in general very much. In
Impress i defined some 10-20 styles. The problem I observe is that each style
has 14 sub^elements, which require a lot of set-up work to define a few styles
with all sub-elements required.
All the many variations which are in Impress given are great and needed in
general
However, very often company regulations or personal preferences require a
strong limitation of the possible features of a graphical elements.
I personally use as 5 standard fillings with certain fonts but the text options
require a few more variations. Thus the 5 standard fillings with certain fonts
would than become 15 standard fillings with certain fonts and text feactures.
This would explode the number of current Graphical Styles
Proposal
Add A new style category "Graphical Styles Elements" which allow creation of
styles for all 14 subelements.
This would allow users to create styles like
Area_red
Area_blue
Area_gradient_ bluewhite_vertical
etc
Text_ top left alignement
Text_ word wrap_no resize
etc
Line_red
Line_blue
LIne_redthin
LIne_red thick
etc
Such a functionality would allow me to have a few styles for graphical objects
(as they are right now) and add a few Graphical Styles Basics. The latter I
could use to create the varitions of the first styles.
My current work around is a list of styles I am using to adjust graphical
objects the way I want them to appear in my company standard.
I can be contacted for discussions and tests.
