new colour on screen, but new colour is shown in pdf export and in Format >
Character dialog.
Steps to Reproduce:

6. also if subsequently use Format > Character dialog, correct font colour is
displayed in dialog box.

New font colour does not display on screen
Expected Results:
Correct font colour should display on screen
Build Date & Platform:

Additional Information:
I have Apache OpenOffice 4.01 installed on the same machine and it does not
show this behaviour i.e. with identical toolbar icon, sidebar & dialog boxes,
the correct result is obtained, suggesting that this is a bug related to this
build of LO, and not to my machine & is not a legacy feature from OO.
