Thank you that does indeed solve the problem, so it's not a bug!
But... it does mean that on this install LO defaulted to this option and OO
didn't (since I took the default installation options for both). It might be
easier if LO defaulted to being able to use the normal toolbar & sidebar
settings, rather than disabling this feature & hiding the solution away
somewhere.
