Sample for this table printing problem (top line)
When printing tables only the first table top line does not printed. Exporting
it to pdf shows the line, but printing pdf documents ends in same way.
Current Situation:
Top line of the table does not printed randomly. (It can happen on middle of
the text)
Expected Situation:
Top line of the table should be printed where ever it is.
