file with two images and two tables with custom names
- Writer document with a table or image with a custom name
- Save as .doc
- Close and reopen
> Custom names are lost
(When opening in Word the custom names do not exist too, so it's a problem at
Save)
(Interesting: After saving as docx, one image is named 'Picture' (was an
inserted image), the other 'Afbeelding1' (was a paste from then clip board)
Present in all Versions of LibreOffice and also OOo 3.2.1
