Steps to reproduce:
1. Right click on any toolbar
2. Click: Customize Toolbar
3. When dialog opened, press: OK
4. Right after clicking OK, right click on the toolbar.
5. Boom.
Reproducible on master Version: 4.3.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 86b4603766f45f5a15fb59728839fed1da6fd4da
TinderBox: MacOSX-x86@49-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2014-01-30_10:27:29, not
reproducible on 4.1.5.2.
