I'm glad that you want to incorporate real data into the design process, but unfortunately, as far as I can tell, you don't have any, you just think you do. I'm not sure copying other products is necessarily the right approach - but it is certainly *an* approach. Are the resources required to take the other road (ie running a small study) available?
