Demonstration of comment duplication/displacement bug.

Pasting into a cell causes comments attached to other cells to be copied
elsewhere.  

The attachment shows a very simple example.  In a large spreadsheet, the
comments quickly become hopelessly lost.

This is a nasty bug because:
a) the data corruption caused may be very distant from the current edit
location, and may thus pass unnoticed for some time;
b) the corruption cannot be fixed using Edit, Undo; and
c) there is no ability to search for comments (bug 46875), so it is hard to
repair the corruption manually.

This is possibly related to bug 66340.
