However, I now realise that attachment 94723 is not quite as obvious as it should be: you'll need to go to File, Versions, and save a read-write copy of the initial version (dated 25/02/2014 15:45), and then perform the procedure on that. My apologies - I had to make two attempts before I could get the bug into bugzilla, and forgot that I had changed the file in the meantime.
