Correctly.

Windows XP

I know where to find the file. In XP it is
"%APPDATA%\LibreOffice\4\user\config\standard.soc

OK, didn't know that. Thats the kind of feature i would like to have

1. in any dialog dealing with colors
2. in TOOLS -> OPTIONS -> LIBREOFFICE -> COLORS

In TOOLS -> OPTIONS -> LIBREOFFICE -> PATHS there a new section "Palettes" (see
http://www.ooowiki.de/attachments/PalettenErstellen/pfaddialog.png) could be
introduced listing the paths for *.soc files to load on start.
