When I upgrade from LibreOffice 4.1.4 to LibreOffice 4.2.2.1 in Windows 8.1, it
breaks browse for user account pictures, that is when I want to browse for user
account pictures on local computer, the screen looks like the attached
screenshot.
I have tried with version 4.2.1.1 and that version also breaks browse for user
account pictures.
If I only upgrade to version 4.1.5, there is no problem, so it must be
something in the version 4.2 releases, that is the problem.
