--- Comment #11 from [email protected] --- Resetting the profile has fixed the problem! Prior to that, my locale was set correctly (and it showed a dot as the separator), the cell format was number/general, entering a new number without a decimal worked but subsequently entering a number with a decimal and dot separator did not work.
