Problem description: When creating a PDF, it looks exactly like the (not quite)
WYSIWYG interface, ie. the header and footer are faded out.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a document with a bold and distinct header/footer.
2. Observe that it is faded when editting the main section of the document.
3. Create a PDF from the document.
Current behavior: The header/footer are faded out in the PDF.
Expected behavior: The header and footer should be the user-designed colours.
