It would be helpful if whenever the 'Character' box (i.e. Format ->
Character...) is opened, it always has the same options, and they are described
in the same way, regardless of which component you are running.
For example, in Calc, the third tab in the 'Character' box is 'Font Position'.
In Draw it is 'Position', and in Writer it is 'Position'. It should be either
'Font Position' in all of them, or 'Position' in all of them.
Writer also has the 'Hyperlink', 'Background' and 'Borders' tabs, features
which would be much appreciated in other areas of LibreOffice.
