You can try restoring the user profile and deleting only this one to avoid lose the all configuration although the majority of the configuration options are there. In relation with the status, fixed it's used when a patch is commited to resolve the bug. Worksforme is normaly used for other people reviewing the bug who can't reproduce the issue.
