This is part of the second part of bug 79292. With attachment 86189, if you
open it in LibO 4.2.4, the figure on page 2 is labelled '2', but if you save
the file as a .docx and then reopen it, it is labelled '1'. This isnt a
fileopen issue as opening the 4.2.4 exported docx in 4.3 beta show it also as
'1'. This doesnt happen in 4.1.6 or 4.3 beta on Linux Mint

in 4.2.4 vs 4.3 beta
