Copy the line just below the position you want to insert a line in to a free position in the spresdsheet. 2. Remove the contents of the cells in the line you copied in step 1. 3. Now you can hopefully insert an new emty line above the line that you made empty in step 2. 4. Copy back the line moved in step 1 to its original position. 5. Now you have one free line where you can insert your new data. 6. Remove the the line in the "free" position. This procedure might save a lot of work but if many new linse are needed might be useless.
