Try looking in /share/extensions as thats where the dictionary files are
stored, so if you have a dict-es folder there, then that means that the spanish
dictionary is installed. If thats confirmed, goto Tools > Options > Language
Settings > Languages and set 'Local setting' to 'Spanish (Spain)'. Then restart
LibreOffice and see if you can get spellchecking for spanish.
