Relations dialog in 4.2 (left) and 4.3 (right)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a database.
2. Choose Tools - Relationships and add a table.
3. Choose Insert - New Relation.
Observed: Relations dialog appears, there are all radio buttons checked in the
section Deletion options.
Expected: Only the first radio button should be checked.
This issue does not occur in 4.2 as shown in the attached screenshots.
