As an 'edit file' menu item is being request in bug 80536, i would like to
suggest the default disabling of it icon from the standard toolbar because.
1) i dont know many people who use the feature
2) the toolbar is already cluttered and reducing its size means we can put more
commonly used buttons in it
3) it will still be possible for those that use it, to re-enable it
