As i'm working on the arabic UI translation, i noticed the following strings
that had no string reference id with the 'Key ID' language pack installed.
* File > Send > To MediaWiki
* View > Toolbars > Text Orientation
* Tools > Options > Load/Save > General > 'Always save as' has 5 entries in its
drop down with no key
