"Ctrl+C & Ctrl+V" works normally in my LibO 4.2.5.2 under Win7x64, but issue
could be 4.3.x specific or Win8 specific.
is your issue specific to a certain type of document or happens with any file?
is the bug reproducible just when you Ctrl+C the headline or even with other
text parts?
would you please upload a test file?
did it work normally in 4.2.x?
