Steps:
1) Open attached file
2) Spacing is missing under the heading 2 'High Availability and Disaster
Recovery (HADR)', space is missing above heading 3 'SQL Server HADR', and there
is supposed to be spacing above and below the bullet points.
Tested on 4.3.1 on Linux and master on Windows.
