To be clearer, Tools > AutoCorrect Options > Options tab > uncheck "Use
replacement table" option. This prevents the auto-capitalisation of "i" to "I"
under GNU/Linux using v3.5.7.2 and v4.3.0.4 (both en-AU locale), but this may
vary according to locale.
